Galaxy Kayaks has distribution partners in Spain, Portugal and France.

We work with top European logistics companies to ensure that your kayak arrives in perfect condition, as quickly as possible.

 

DELIVERY

Peninsular Spain

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped with a tracking number, which is sent to you once the package leaves our warehouse.

Balearic / Canary Islands and Portugal

Delivery to the islands varies, depending on the day and time that we receive your order. Please allow 7-8 business days.

If your order includes several kayaks, every additional kayak will have a 10% reduction in shipping and handling costs. If you're ordering 5 or more kayaks in peninsular Spain, shipping is free of charge. For other destinations and orders, please contact us to ensure you get the best deals.

We also offer Cash on Delivery for orders in Spain and its islands. You can pay the full due once your package arrives. Note that this option adds an additional 5% to the value of the goods. Please choose this option as the payment method for your cart or contact us.

France

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Delivery to the rest of Europe may take up to 7-8 business days.

Accessories

Accessories have a fixed shipping cost.

Small (lines, anchor supports) - 5 euros (1-10 items) Medium (seats, paddles) - 10 euros (1-10 items) Large (motors, trailers) - 20 euros (1-10 items)

When ordering different size accessories, the largest size will be calculated. If the accessories are ordered with a kayak, only the kayak shipping cost will apply.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Tracking numbers will be sent to you once the kayak leaves our warehouse. The contact information for the nearest transport company will also be attached.

All orders are insured, and any defective or damaged kayak will be replaced immediately. Please review your kayak upon arrival and let us know about any problems as soon as possible.

You're buying a brand new, unused, unopened and undamaged product. Each kayak comes wrapped in double protective plastic bags with cardboard sheets for maximum protection during transport.

All the included accessories are wrapped and placed in the kayak's original packaging.

Our Fisher Pro Kayak's central pole is stored in the front hatch during shipping.
