Hello kayakers, this tip is aimed at owners of the new GALAXY KAYAK
SUPERNOVA. In just 15 minutes and for just a few cents I have solved 2 little things to my SUPERNOVA today.
1: Once I finished my fishing day while I returned to land, I noticed that the pedalboard was moving
a little more than normal and when I looked I could see that the piece where the pedalboard was secured
was coming loose and with very loose screws so I was about to lose them.
2: When I was pedaling my kayak I noticed a little slack, which when pedaling faster
also created a constant noise “clack, clack, clack .. !! becoming annoying.
So I just had a little while I got down to work! Remove the slack completely
by removing the pieces where the pedalboard is secured with the latches or locks and placing behind,
between the plastic and the pieces two finite stainless washers in each one and to prevent < br /> loosen the screws I added two grower washers in each piece before putting and tightening the
screws.
Result: no slack when pedaling and the screws just loosen… .. !!!!.
